    Please only download when requested by a technician

    • Step 1

      Click the green “Remote Support” button below.

    • Step 2

      This will take you to a Protec Services TeamViewer Page. A file will automatically begin to download (TeamviewerQS.exe)

    • Step 3

      Once the download has completed you may be asked to run or allow the file.

    • Step 4

      A window will pop up with a Session code and your name, a Protec technician should now be able to see your machine.

    • Step 5

      You may get a popup which asks you to allow Protec to view and control your desktop. Click on “Allow”
